Join SUKHA of Sound Bliss® for a very special weekend immersion training in the art of sound healing.
Learn fundamentals and basic techniques for gongs, singing bowls and other healing instruments.
You do not need to have any instruments to enjoy, experience and play!
Feel free to bring any of your own instruments if you have them!
No musical experience or meditation experience required. This is a small group weekend mentoring session and instruction at Beach Life Fitness Boutique in Redondo Beach. Counts for 8 hours of CEC's through Yoga Alliance® and a completion certificate. Option to purchase bowls and other instruments at a great price!
